Talk Annotation: QuarkNet has scheduled a three-week workshop for July 2002 at the University of Notre Dame to develop inquiry-based approaches to high-energy physics classroom applications. All 24 applicants from across the nation will attend instruction in the modeling approach to teaching mechanics during morning sessions, and workshops devoted to high-energy physics (HEP) classroom transfer activities in the afternoons. Some of these participants will meet regularly to develop a modeling approach to these HEP applications; results of their work will be presented in this talk.
