Who I am: I enjoy creating things, abstract and physical. I am fascinated by the Universe and hope to continue to learn about the fundamental nature of reality.
Research: Part of the Fermilab accelerator complex is called the Booster. Determining the intensity profile of the beam inside this section of the accelerator complex in a non-destructive manner is important and worthwhile. Our ability to determine the correct shape and width of the beam is dependent on our understanding of the relation between the deflection of the Booster beam by a set of electromagnets and the current that flows through those magnets. In this work the relationship is determined to be linear and the deflection constant is measured.
