Who I am: I am a physics student, currently attending the last year of my master program in Ferrara.
As a scientist I am mostly fascinated by particle physics and by the veil of mystery covering physics beyond the Standard Model.
During my course of study, I became familiar with GEM detectors, working with the BESIII group present in Ferrara.
For the the last year I've been working on neutrinos, with particular attention to LArTPC detectors.
Since detectors in the SBN Collaboration are going to use different electronics to study neutrino events, a study on possible systematic errors has to be done.
I am currently analyzing how varying sampling and shaping time parameters in the electronics could affect: hit topology, calorimetry, hit recognition efficiency and time resolution.
